COVID-19 safety measures implemented
Procedures
- COVID pre-screening upon booking appointment and also when you arrive at the door before entry
- Please call or text upon arrival and I will meet you at the door to let you into the office
- Please wear a disposable 3-layer mask or a fabric reusable mask upon arrival and for the duration of the visit. (Note: I have acquired a supply of masks if you don’t have one)
- Use of hand sanitizer upon entering the office and after treatment before you leave
- True HEPA air filtration of the air in the treatment room
- Contact tracing appointment visit log is kept as part of infection control
- There will be no “back to back” appointments booked in order to allow thorough cleaning and disinfection of the office in between each visit with Health Canada authorized cleaning products
- Please come to your appointment alone, to encourage social distancing and minimize amount of people in the waiting area
- Unfortunately, at this time water/hot beverage (Keurig) service and reading materials (magazines/Globe and Mail) are not available to as they are difficult to clean and disinfect
